Paint fallout - those stubborn, gritty particles embedded in your car's clear coat - can be effectively removed using either a car clay bar or specialized tar remover. Here's your complete guide to both methods:
1 : Use a clay bar
After washing and drying your vehicle, spray a dedicated clay lubricant onto a small section. Gently glide a folded piece of detailing clay back and forth across the surface. The clay will physically lift and trap embedded particles that washing alone can't remove. You'll feel and hear the grit disappearing as the surface becomes smooth. Wipe clean and move to the next section, kneading the clay frequently to expose fresh surfaces.
2: Use tar remover
Spray the tar remover directly onto affected areas and allow it to dwell for 30-60 seconds. The powerful solvents will dissolve tar spots and break down stubborn bonded contaminants without damaging your paint. Gently wipe with a clean microfiber towel, then rinse the area thoroughly.
