Zhitong Finance learned that CINNO Research chief analyst Zhou Hua Charley said that according to CINNO Research statistics, China's new energy passenger vehicle wholesale sales in 2023 will be approximately 8.86 million units, a year-on-year increase of 36%, and the penetration rate will increase by 7 percentage points year-on-year. 34.7%; the number of central control CIDs and electronic instrument panels installed in China's new energy passenger vehicles increased to approximately 8.5 million and 6.78 million respectively, with year-on-year growth rates of +45% and +34% respectively. It is expected that China's new energy passenger vehicle sales will increase by 24% year-on-year to approximately 11 million units in 2024, exceeding the "10 million" level, and the penetration rate is expected to increase to 40%.
